DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0620 yellow, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a top water-soluble paint for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, freshly galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing tiles, aluminum, certain types of plastics, chipboard, ceramic tiles with added silane, drywall. It meets the standards for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. Coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk, and do not become brittle due to the influence of UV radiation and weather, they are resistant to the cleaning agents used in households. Coated surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit long durability in both interior and exterior environments.

The product is safe under the conditions of intended use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children under 3 years of age (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as determined by the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., in the valid version for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure the compliance of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certifications when tinting is done outside the manufacturer's premises.

Work procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1–2 layers of DENAS ANTI-CORROSION primer or DENAS 2-in-1 on metals, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS WOOD PRIMER or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in a 1:1 ratio with water, in 1–2 layers considering the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1–2 layers. Wood in exterior applications is recommended to be protected to a depth with a suitable wood preservative with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coating in 1–2 layers using a penetrating agent and subsequently apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70 %.
