DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0620 yellow, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a top water-dilutable paint for coatings of structural elements and constructions made of wood, metal, building materials, freshly galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, drywall. It meets the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. Coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to the effects of UV radiation and weather, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. Coated surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit long durability indoors and outdoors.

The product is safe under the specified conditions of use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), the Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by the MZČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure that the product placed on the market complies with the technical documentation and with the essential requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1–2 layers of anti-corrosion primer DENAS FOR METAL-PRIMER or DENAS FOR METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS FOR WOOD-PRIMER or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in a ratio of 1:1 with water, in 1–2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1–2 layers. For outdoor wood, we recommend protecting it to depth with a suitable impregnator with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates by coating with a penetrating agent in 1–2 layers and subsequently with the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Safety and hygiene of paint for wood and metal:

Under normal use, there are no situations in which immediate medical assistance would be required. Recommendation: Follow personal hygiene principles while working. Ensure proper ventilation of the workspace. When applying by spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of eye contact, rinse with running water.

Disposal of waste:

Dispose of leftover paint and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original unopened container at least until the date indicated on the lid/cap.
