
Synthetic glossy topcoat for wood and metal
CHARACTERISTICS AND USE:
The product is intended for glossy topcoats on metals, wood, and materials such as masonry for outdoor and indoor use. The substrate must always be primed with an appropriate base coating material. The product has excellent coverage, high gloss, and very good weather resistance. It has good flow and workability. It is produced in a wide range of shades. The product has long-term shelf life during which the useful properties of the coating do not change. The product is suitable for painting fences, doors, frames, sills, small structures, and industrial items, wooden furniture and cladding, garden furniture, washable and abrasion-resistant wall coatings.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
Wood must be clean, dry, well-sanded, with a moisture content of max. 12%, and free from resin residues before application. Concrete or masonry substrates must be dry, cohesive, clean, well-cured (usually 4 – 6 weeks), and structurally insulated against ground (bottom) moisture. Metal substrates must be clean, dry, free of grease, rust, and dust, mechanically cleaned. Absorbent substrates must be further impregnated with an appropriate primer and possibly treated with a suitable base material. Metal substrates must be treated with an appropriate anti-corrosive base material. Previously painted surfaces must be cleaned, degreased, and stripped of old non-adhering coatings.
DILUTION: thinner BALTECH S6006 (brush, roller), thinner BALTECH S6001 (spraying)
Theoretical coverage: 14 - 16 m2/l in one coat
WORKING PROCEDURE:
Before use, mix the contents thoroughly and dilute if necessary.
Coating metal items:
1.) 1x PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000 or FORMEX BASE ON GALVANIZED S2003, PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERSAL S2035
2.) local filling with putty, sanding the filled area with sandpaper
3.) 1x PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000 or PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERSAL S2035
4.) sanding with sandpaper No. 280-320 wet
5.) 2 to 3x INDUSTROL UNIVERSAL S2013
Coating wooden items:
1.) 1x impregnate with Lazurolem Classic S1023, drying 24 hours.
2.) 1-2x PRAGOPRIMER PLUS S2070 or LAZUROL OKNOBAL BASE S2060.
3.) 2-3x EMAL INDUSTROL UNIVERSAL S2013. Each coat of enamel must dry for at least 24 hours (20 °C).
You may find covering material, such as paper masking tape or covering film, possibly sandpapers. Don't forget brushes and rollers.
