Het Fasadin facade paint with fine grain, white, 3 kg

Het Fasadin is a facade paint for outdoor coatings of lime, lime-cement, and břízolit plasters, plasters with acrylic binders, masonry, for decorative coatings of vertical concrete structures, etc. The coating creates a matte, fine-grained, vapor-permeable, fully washable surface, resistant to weathering, acidic rain, and industrial emissions.
The paint is suitable for coating both new and old mineral plasters, for restorative coatings of acrylic facade paints, for unifying or restorative coatings of contact thermal insulation systems with acrylic thin-layer plaster surface treatment. The paint film must not be in constant contact with water and rising moisture.

Shades:
white, tinting can be done with HETCOLOR tinting colors (only shades suitable for exterior use). The paint can also be tinted using tinting machines with HET color systems into pastel shades.

Thinner:
water (potable)

Application:
recommended application – with facade painting rollers (perlon, polyacryl, polyamide), brush; small areas – with a brush.

Coverage:
approximately 5 m² from 1 kg of paint in one coat. Coverage may vary depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate, application technique, thickness of the applied layer, and other factors. The exact coverage for a specific substrate should be determined on a test surface.

Substrate:
dry, cohesive, free of dirt and biological infestation (mold, algae), unsalted, non-greasy, free from formwork oils, chemically stable, matured (pH ≤8.5; control can be done with a pH tester). In the case of new plasters, loose grains of sand need to be removed (by sanding or brushing).

Example of application procedure:

1. The primer coat is applied with a penetrating agent according to the instructions. In the case of absorbent rough substrates, it is best to use a deep penetrating agent AT-GRUND; for smooth or less absorbent substrates, a pigmented penetrating agent UP-GRUND. Universal penetrating agents A-GRUND or 100-GRUND can also be used. The primer coat should be left to dry completely for at least 12 - 24 hours.
2. After the primer coat is dry, apply 2, or more if needed for new or significantly differently colored substrates, covering coats of paint diluted by a maximum of 0.05 liters of water per 1 kg of paint. WARNING: excessive dilution of the paint reduces coverage and may impair the paint's properties. Before application, the paint must be properly mixed. When mixing, care should be taken to avoid air getting into the mixture and foaming the paint.
3. Protect all tools from drying during work breaks and wash them with water after use. Clean any soiled areas immediately with water; dried paint is difficult to remove.
