Application of Het Klasic Color:

For interior wall and ceiling coatings, lime, lime-cement, gypsum-lime and gypsum plasters, drywall, fiberboard, and wood fiber boards, acrylic resin plaster, renovation plasters (meets the requirement of directive WTA CZ No. 2-9-04/D, tab. 4 limiting the use of coating layers on renovation plasters in terms of vapor permeability), concrete panels and monoliths, specially designated paper wallpapers, fiberglass wallpapers, etc. Also suitable for application on substrates combining, for example, mineral plasters and drywall. The product meets the requirements for coatings on surfaces that may come into indirect and direct incidental contact with food. The coating creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard moisture in rooms and resistant to abrasion with dry cloth.

The coated surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coating can temporarily withstand temperatures around 70 °C. The paint is suitable for painting residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, retail spaces, etc.

Coverage of paint Het Klasic Color::
6 – 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer.

Application of Het Klasic Color:
Recommended application – with paint rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - with a brush; large area application – spraying AIRLESS, HVLP. When spraying, it is advisable to conduct tests on specific equipment beforehand.

Substrate:
Dry, cohesive, free from dirt and biological contamination (mold, algae), unsalted, grease-free, free from formwork oils, chemically stable, matured (pH ≤8.5; control can be done with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be between +5 and +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Application procedure:

1. Primer coat is applied with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or with the penetrating agent A-GRUND or AT-GRUND, for gypsum board and other slightly absorbent or extremely smooth substrates with the agent UP-GRUND. If the substrate is a non-dusting, slightly absorbent original coating film, priming is not necessary. Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion should be scraped off.
2. After the primer coat has dried, apply 1-2 top coats with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint. On new or significantly color-different substrates, additional top coats may be applied as needed.
