Usage of Het Klasik Color:

For interior painting of walls and ceilings, lime, lime-cement, plaster-lime, and plaster plasters, drywall, cement-bonded boards, and fiberboards, plasters with acrylic binders, renovation plasters (meets the requirements of directive WTA CZ no. 2-9-04/D, table 4 limiting the use of covering layers on renovation plasters in terms of permeability for water vapor), concrete panels and monoliths, paper wallpapers designed for this purpose, fiberglass wallpapers, etc. Also suitable for application on substrates with a combination of, for example, mineral plasters and drywall. The product meets the requirements for coatings of surfaces that may come into indirect and direct incidental contact with food. The coating creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard humidity in rooms and resistant to abrasion with dry materials.

The painted surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coating can temporarily withstand temperatures around 70 °C. The paint is suitable for painting of residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, sales areas, etc.

Coverage of paint Het Klasik Color::
6 – 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer.

Application of Het Klasik Color paint:
Recommended application – with painter's rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - brush; large area application – spraying AIRLESS, HVLP. When applying by spraying, it is advisable to conduct tests on the specific equipment in advance.

Substrate:
Dry, cohesive, free of dirt and biological contamination (mold, algae), unsalted, grease-free, free of formwork oils, chemically stable, matured (pH ≤8.5; control can be performed with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be between +5 and +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Application process:

1. The priming coat is made with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or with a penetrating agent A-GRUND or AT-GRUND, in the case of drywall and other low-absorbent or extremely smooth substrates with the agent UP-GRUND. If the substrate is a non-shedding, low-absorbent original coating film, the priming coat is not necessary. Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion are recommended to be scraped off.
2. After drying of the priming coat, 1–2 covering coats of paint diluted with a maximum of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint are applied. For new or significantly differently shaded substrates, more covering coats are applied as needed.
