Use of Het Klasic Color:

For interior wall and ceiling coatings, lime, lime-cement, gypsum-lime and gypsum plasters, drywall, fiberboard and wood fiber boards, plaster with acrylic binder, remedial plasters (meets the requirement of WTA CZ Directive No. 2-9-04/D, table 4 limiting the use of cover layers on remedial plasters in terms of vapor permeability), concrete panels and monoliths, specially designated wallpaper, glass fiber wallpaper, etc. Also for application on substrates combining, for example, mineral plasters and drywall. The product meets the requirements for coatings of surfaces that may come into indirect and direct accidental contact with food. The coating creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface, resistant to standard humidity in rooms and to abrasion with dry materials.

The painted surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coating can temporarily withstand temperatures around 70 °C. The paint is suitable for painting residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, sales areas, etc.

Coverage of paint Het Klasic Color:
6 – 10 m²/kg in one coat depending on absorbency and structure of the substrate and thickness of the applied layer.

Application of Het Klasic Color paint:
Recommended application – with paint rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - with a brush; large surface application – by AIRLESS or HVLP spraying. When spraying, it is advisable to conduct prior tests on the specific equipment.

Substrate:
Dry, cohesive, free of dirt and biological contamination (mold, algae), unsalted, non-greasy, free of release oils, chemically stable, matured (pH ≤8.5; control can be performed with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be between +5 to +30 °C during application and up to 24 hours after application.

Application procedure:

1. The priming coat is applied with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or with a primer product A-GRUND or AT-GRUND, in the case of drywall and other low-absorbing or extremely smooth substrates with product UP-GRUND. If the substrate is a non-powdering, low-absorbing original coating film, the primer coat is not necessary. Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion should be scraped off.
2. After the primer coat dries, apply 1–2 top coats of paint diluted with a maximum of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint. For new or significantly different colored substrates, additional top coats should be applied as needed.
