Het Klasic Color introduces a tinted dispersion paint resistant to abrasion intended for living and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, corridors, offices, and stores. It is suitable for coating mineral, gypsum, and renovation plasters, masonry, concrete panels and monoliths, plasterboard, fiberboard or wood fiber boards, as well as corresponding paper wallpapers or glass fiber wallpapers, etc.

The tinted paint ready for direct application is characterized by high opacity, easy spreadability, matte appearance, resistance to abrasion in dry conditions, and excellent vapor permeability. It is also suitable for renovation system plasters. Available in 16 color shades.

Applications of Het Klasic Color:

For interior wall and ceiling coatings, lime, lime-cement, gypsum-lime, and gypsum plasters, plasterboard, fiberboard, and wood fiber boards, plasters with acrylic binders, renovation plasters (meets the requirements of WTA CZ Directive No. 2-9-04/D, Table 4 limiting the use of coating layers on renovation plasters in terms of water vapor permeability), concrete panels and monoliths, specially designated paper wallpapers, glass fiber wallpapers, etc. Also suitable for application on substrates combining, for example, mineral plasters and plasterboards. The product meets the requirements for coatings on surfaces that may come into indirect and direct contact with food. The coat creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard humidity in rooms and resistant to abrasion with dry materials.

The coated surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coat can briefly withstand temperatures around 70 °C. The paint is suitable for painting residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, corridors, offices, sales areas, etc.

Coverage of Het Klasic Color::
6 – 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorption and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the layer applied.

Application of Het Klasic Color:
Recommended application – with paint rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - with a brush; large-area application – with AIRLESS, HVLP spraying. When spraying, it is advisable to conduct tests in advance on specific equipment.

Substrate:
Dry, cohesive, free from impurities and biological contamination (mold, algae), unsalted, non-greasy, free from formwork oils, chemically stable, matured (pH ≤8.5; control can be done with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be between +5 and +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Application procedure:

1. A priming coat is applied with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or with the penetration agent A-GRUND or AT-GRUND, in the case of plasterboard and other poorly absorbent or extremely smooth substrates, using the product UP-GRUND. If the substrate is a non-crumbling, poorly absorbent original coating film, priming is not necessary. Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion are recommended to be scraped off.
2. After the priming coat has dried, 1-2 covering coats of paint diluted with a maximum of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint are applied. For new or significantly different substrates in color, more covering coats may be applied as needed.
