Usage of Het Klasic Color:

For indoor painting of walls and ceilings, lime, lime-cement, gypsum-lime and gypsum plasters, drywall, fiber cement and wood fiber boards, plasters with acrylic binder, renovation plasters (meets the requirement of WTA CZ directive No. 2-9-04/D, table 4 limiting the use of cover layers on renovation plasters in terms of permeability to water vapor), concrete panels and monoliths, specially designed paper wallpapers, glass fiber wallpapers, etc. Also for application on substrates with combinations such as mineral plasters and drywall. The product meets the requirements for painting surfaces that may come into indirect and direct incidental contact with food. The coating creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard humidity in rooms and resistant to abrasion with a dry material.

The painted surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coating can briefly withstand temperatures around 70 °C. The paint is suitable for painting residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, sales areas, etc.

Paint coverage of Het Klasic Color::
6 – 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer.

Application of Het Klasic Color:
Recommended application – with paint rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - with a brush; large-scale application – by spray AIRLESS, HVLP. When applying by spraying, it is advisable to conduct tests on specific equipment in advance.

Substrate:
Dry, cohesive, free from dirt and biological infestation (mold, algae), unsoiled, non-greasy, free from casing oils, chemically stable, mature (pH ≤8.5; control can be performed with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be between +5 and +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Application procedure:

1. The priming coat is carried out with paint diluted by a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or with the primer A-GRUND or AT-GRUND; in the case of drywall and other low-absorbent or extremely smooth substrates with the primer UP-GRUND. If the substrate is a non-flaking, low-absorbent original coating film, the priming coat is not necessary. Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion are recommended to be scraped off.
2. After the priming coat has dried, 1–2 covering coats of paint diluted by a maximum of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint are applied. For new or significantly different color substrates, more covering coats may be applied as needed.
