HET Lime Paint, White, 12+3 kg

A classic lime paint is recommended for utility and agricultural spaces, warehouses, and less demanding applications. Substrate material plaster, masonry, concrete panels, concrete. Shade of white color.

Advantages of lime paint - water-soluble, reduces mold growth, disinfects the substrate, suitable for indoor and outdoor use, is vapor permeable, and has a favorable price.

Coverage:
2.5 - 5 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer.

Drying time:
At least 4 hours at 20 °C and 60% relative air humidity.

Storage:
24 months from the date of manufacture in the original unopened packaging, at a temperature of +3 to +30 °C, must not freeze, protect from direct sunlight.

Example application procedure:

1. Cover windows, radiators, door frames, etc.
2. New plasters should be lightly misted with a sprayer before application to prevent the substrate from absorbing too much water from the paint. However, the substrate must not be too waterlogged, as this could reduce the paint's adhesion to the substrate and cause defects.
3. The priming coat is applied with paint diluted with approximately 0.5 - 0.75 liters of water per 1 kg of material. The amount of water in all paints needs to be adjusted depending on the application method, temperature, and characteristics of the substrate. Mix thoroughly before application. During handling or mixing, ensure that air does not enter the paint. Occasional stirring is also necessary during the actual application.
4. After curing (carbonization) of the primer, a minimum of 3 finishing coats of paint diluted with approximately 0.3 - 0.6 liters of water per 1 kg of paint should be applied. The painting procedure is best carried out by so-called "glazing," applying several as thin as possible layers of paint with circular motions, always after curing the individual layers.
5. Other surfaces must be protected by covering them to prevent staining; in case of staining, clean immediately with water.

You may find covering materials useful, such as paper adhesive tape or covering foil, and possibly sanding papers. Don’t forget brushes, rollers, spatulas, and scrapers.
