Use of Het Klasic Color:

For interior coatings of walls and ceilings, lime, lime-cement, gypsum-lime and gypsum plasters, drywall, fiberboards, wood-fiber boards, plasters with acrylic binding agents, renovation plasters (meets the requirement of WTA CZ Directive No. 2-9-04/D, Table 4 limiting the use of coating layers on renovation plasters from the perspective of permeability to water vapor), concrete panels and monoliths, specifically designed paper wallpapers, fiberglass wallpapers etc. Also for application on substrates combining for example mineral plasters and drywall. The product meets the requirements for coatings of surfaces that may come into indirect and direct accidental contact with food. The coating creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard humidity in rooms and withstands abrasion by dry material.

The coated surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coating can temporarily withstand temperatures of around 70 °C. The paint is suitable for painting residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, retail spaces etc.

Coverage of paint Het Klasic Color::
6 – 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer.

Application of paint Het Klasic Color:
Recommended application – with painter's rollers (polyester, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - brush; large area application – spraying AIRLESS, HVLP. When spraying, it is advisable to conduct tests on the specific device beforehand.

Substrate:
Dry, cohesive, clean and free of biological contamination (mold, algae), not salted, non-greasy, free from formwork oils, chemically stable, mature (pH ≤8.5; the control can be performed using a pH tester).

Application Temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be within the range of +5 to +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Application Procedure:

1. Priming is done with a paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or penetrating agent A-GRUND or AT-GRUND; in the case of drywall and other slightly absorbent or extremely smooth substrates with UP-GRUND. If the substrate is a non-dusting, slightly absorbent original coating film, priming is not necessary. Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion are recommended to be scraped off.
2. After the primer has dried, apply 1–2 coats of paint diluted with a maximum of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint. For new or dramatically different hue substrates, additional coats may need to be applied as required.
