REMAL Standard highly breathable wall paint, 4 kg

Traditional natural water-based kaolin paint for walls REMAL Standard is a proven solution for painting interiors. It stands out with high opacity, vapor permeability, and abrasion resistance, achieving a standard whiteness of 82%. The internal coating REMAL is suitable for treating plaster, concrete, drywall, cement boards, particleboard, and renovation plasters. It is particularly recommended for utility and industrial spaces. The coating shows resistance to wet abrasion – measured according to ČSN EN ISO 11998 – class 5. (classification according to EN 13300).

Working procedure for REMAL paint:

Before painting, remove layers of old and non-adhering coatings. Treat absorbent substrates with REMAL universal primer, treat non-cohesive and crumbling substrates with REMAL deep primer. This will remove dust from the surface, strengthen it, unify absorbency, and ensure adhesion of the coating. The drying time is 4 hours. Smooth out irregularities on the wall with REMAL Filler. Dilute the coating at a ratio of max. 0.4 l of water to 1 kg of paint. Then mix thoroughly.

Apply with a brush, roller, or spraying in 2 layers, apply the next layer after the previous one has dried, at least after 4 hours. The optimal temperature for painting is 15 to 25 °C. The temperature of the substrate and environment must not drop below 5 °C during application. For cohesive areas, use product from the same batch, mix different batches together before use.
