DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal, and concrete, 0199 black, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a top water-based paint for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, freshly galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, hardboard, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, drywall. It meets the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk, and do not become brittle due to the effects of UV radiation and weather conditions; they are resistant to cleaning agents used in households. The painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit a long lifespan in both interiors and exteriors.

The product is safe under the specified conditions of use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children under 3 years of age (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as specified by the MZČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures to ensure compliance of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certifications when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of old coatings, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1-2 layers of rust preventive primer DENAS FOR METAL-PRIMER or DENAS FOR METALS 2V1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS FOR WOOD-PRIMER or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a ratio of 1:1 with water, applying 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For exterior wood, we recommend protection to depth with a suitable impregnating agent with biocidal effects. For mineral substrates, protect with 1-2 layers of penetrating agent followed by DENAS UNIVERSAL top coat in 1-2 layers. The minimum application and drying temperature is +10 °C and atmospheric humidity up to 70%.
