DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0250 mahogany, 5 kg

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT represents a water-based top paint designed for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metals, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing tiles, aluminum, selected types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with added silane, and drywall. It meets the requirements of standards for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is approved for contact with food. The created coating exhibits excellent durability, does not become brittle or chalky due to weather conditions or UV radiation, and withstands common household cleaning agents. Treated surfaces achieve extreme mechanical resistance and ensure long service life in both indoor and outdoor environments.

The product is safe under the specified conditions of use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as determined by the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure the compliance of the product placed on the market with technical documentation and basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of attestations when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of old coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 coats of DENAS ANTI-CORROSION BASE or DENAS 2-in-1 FOR METALS, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS WOOD BASE or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For exterior wood, it is recommended to protect to a depth with suitable impregnators with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates by coating with 1-2 layers of a penetrating agent and subsequently with the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
