DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0230 medium brown, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is an upper water-dilutable paint for coatings of building elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, freshly galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, some types of plastics, formica, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, gypsum board. It meets the standards for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk, nor become brittle under the influence of UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. The painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit a long lifespan in both interior and exterior applications.

The product is safe under the specified conditions of use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Appendix No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by MZCR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures to ensure compliance of the product released to the market with the technical documentation and the essential requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 layers of DENAS ANTI-CORROSION BASE or DENAS 2-IN-1 FOR METALS, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be treated with DENAS WOOD BASE or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, in 1-2 layers depending on the wood's absorbency. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. We recommend protecting exterior wood to a depth with a suitable impregnant with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coat in 1-2 layers of a penetrating agent and subsequently with top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70 %.
