DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0230 medium brown, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT represents a water-dilutable top paint designed for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal as well as galvanized roofing templates, aluminum, selected types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane and drywall. It complies with the standard for surface treatment of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and can be used for contact with food. The paint film has excellent resistance, it does not chalk or become brittle under the influence of UV radiation and weather conditions, and it is resistant to household cleaning agents. The coated surfaces exhibit exceptional mechanical resistance and long durability in both indoor and outdoor applications.

The product is safe under the conditions of intended use and meets hygienic requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets hygienic requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as stipulated by the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure the conformity of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and the essential requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of the certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application process:

The substrate must be dry, free from impurities, non-adhering layers of old coatings, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1-2 layers of anti-corrosive primer DENAS NA KOV-ZÁKLAD or DENAS NA KOVY 2V1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. For wooden substrates, first prepare with DENAS NA DŘEVO-ZÁKLAD or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in a 1:1 ratio with water, in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. Wood exposed to the outdoors is recommended to be protected to depth with a suitable impregnant with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coat of 1-2 layers of penetrating agent followed by the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
