
DENAS RADIATOR is a water-based paint for top coats of heating bodies of hot water heating and copper pipes. The coatings are glossy, non-yellowing, easy to maintain, and withstand temperatures up to +120 °C. Radiator paint can be applied on tempering heating up to +40 °C with excellent opacity, spreading, quick drying, and excellent adhesion even on old synthetic coatings, making it suitable for both new and renovation coatings. In interiors, DENAS RADIATOR can also be used as a universal paint for various substrates.
General composition of radiator paint:
A mixture of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers, and special additives.
You may need covering materials, such as paper masking tape or covering foil, possibly sandpaper. Don’t forget brushes and rollers.
Application process for radiator paint:
The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, loose layers of old coatings, and grease. New metal heating bodies or rusty spots on old bodies should first be treated with a basic anticorrosive primer, we recommend DENAS NA KOV-ZÁKLAD or DENAS NA KOVY 2V1. The top coat with DENAS RADIATOR paint is applied with a brush, roller in 1-2 coats without dilution. When air spraying, the paint can be diluted with 5% water, always with a minimum interval of 2 hours between individual coats. The temperature of the air and substrate during application and drying must not drop below +10 °C and the air humidity should be below 70 %.
Coverage of radiator paint:
7–10 m²/kg for one coat.

Plastic or metal containers weighing 0.7 kg, 2.5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg.
Shades of radiator paint:
It is produced in shades 0100 white, 0603 ivory and others according to RAL, NCS, ČSN samples or in shades by agreement.
Observe personal hygiene principles. Ensure proper ventilation of the workplace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with water and soap. If it gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water. If ingested, rinse the mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. In case of health troubles, seek medical attention.
Waste disposal:
Dispose of leftover paint and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in its original unopened packaging at least until the date indicated on the cap/lid.
