DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0840 reddish brown, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a top water-based paint for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal, galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, umacycult, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, plasterboard. It meets the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk, and do not become brittle due to UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to cleaning agents used in households. The painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and show long durability in both indoor and outdoor environments.

The product is safe under the conditions of designated use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Appendix No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12, and at the same time meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as specified in the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for white base. DENAS COLOR, a.s. has taken measures to ensure compliance of the product placed on the market with technical documentation and basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of the certificates when tinted outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-adhering layers of previous coatings, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1-2 coats of DENAS NA KOV-ZÁKLAD anticorrosive primer or DENAS NA KOVY 2V1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS NA DŘEVO-ZÁKLAD or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. We recommend protecting wood outdoors deeply with a suitable wood preservative with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates by applying 1-2 layers of a penetrating agent and then the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70 %.

Safety and hygiene of paint for wood and metal:

Under regular use, there are no situations requiring immediate medical assistance. Recommendation: Follow personal hygiene principles when working. Ensure workspace ventilation. Use respiratory protection when spraying. In case of eye contact, rinse with water.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of leftover paint and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in its original unopened packaging for at least until the date indicated on the lid.
