DENAS UNIVERSAL-SATIN top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0240 dark brown, 0.7 kg

DENAS UNIVERSAL SATIN is a satin, water-based top coat for painting construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal, galvanized roofing templates, aluminum, certain types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, plasterboard. It complies with product surface treatment standards and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, Part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk, or become brittle due to the effects of UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to cleaning agents used in households. Painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit long-lasting durability in both indoor and outdoor environments.

The product is safe under the specified conditions of use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children under 3 years of age (according to EN 71, Part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, item 12 and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as specified in the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures to ensure the compliance of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, loose layers of previous coats, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1–2 layers of the anti-corrosive base DENAS FOR METAL-BASE or DENAS FOR METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS FOR WOOD-BASE or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, applying in 1–2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Afterwards, apply the top coat with undiluted paint in 1–2 layers. For wood in outdoor applications, it is recommended to protect to depth with suitable impregnation with biocidal effects. Protection of mineral substrates should be carried out with 1–2 layers of a penetrating agent and subsequently with the top coating DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying is +10 °C with air humidity up to 70 %.
