DENAS METAL PAINT 2in1 is a self-priming, semi-matt, anti-corrosive, water-based paint designed to protect all metal substrates. The coatings have anti-corrosive protection throughout the thickness of the paint film, high resistance to weathering, and UV stability. Metal paint DENAS 2in1 is ideal for surface finishing of roofs, metal structures, roofing elements, fences, gates, window sills, poles, railings, and cast iron products. It perfectly protects steel, iron, freshly galvanized, aluminum, and copper surfaces, placed both outdoors and indoors. The coatings dry very quickly, have excellent adhesion to metal substrates, provide high coverage, have perfect flow, and are easy to apply.

Application procedure for DENAS metal paint:

The substrate must be dry, free from all dirt, grease, and remnants of old, non-adhering coatings. The paint is supplied in a consistency suitable for brush and roller application. When spraying, it can be diluted with 5% water. The paint is applied in 2–3 layers with a minimum interval of 4 hours between coats. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C, and air humidity should be up to 70%.

Metal paint coverage:

Theoretical coverage is 6–8 m²/kg at an optimal thickness of 80 μm per layer.

Metal paint composition:

A mixture of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers, and special additives.

Plastic or metal containers weighing 0.7 kg, 2.5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg.

Safety and hygiene for DENAS metal paint:

If the eyes are affected, rinse with water. In case of ingestion, rinse the mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. If health problems occur, seek medical attention.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of leftover paint and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original unopened packaging for at least until the date indicated on the cap.
