REMAL Structure painter's paint with grainy texture, 4 kg

REMAL Structure is a water-soluble white wall paint with coarse grain texture up to 0.5 mm. It is mainly used to imitate the appearance of plaster layers, for painting plasters, concrete, drywall, cement boards, particleboard, etc. in interiors. Due to its specific formulation, it features high opacity and abrasion resistance, with a high whiteness of 88%.

Application procedure for REMAL Structure:

Old non-adhering coatings in thicker layers should be scraped off. To smooth out holes, cracks, and uneven surfaces, use REMAL PUTTY. For larger cracks, it is necessary to remove any non-adhering material and fill them with an acrylic filler, after it has dried, use REMAL PUTTY for smoothing. After drying and sanding, the substrate is easier to repaint with paint. For problematic areas (leaked spots, etc.), it is advisable to use the isolating coating REMAL SPOT-STOP. Overly absorbent, crumbling non-adhering substrates must be pre-primed (strengthened) with a suitable primer, such as REMAL, SOICRAT, or BARLET. The temperature of the substrate and the environment must not drop below 5 °C during painting.

The paint should not be thinned for application. If necessary, a maximum of 0.05 l of water can be added per 1 kg of paint. Mix thoroughly. Apply with a roller or brush in 1 - 2 coats, applying the next coat after the previous one has dried, at least after 4 hours. The optimal temperature for painting is 15 to 25 °C. The temperature of the substrate and the environment must not drop below 5 °C during application. For cohesive areas, use the product from one batch, mix different batches together before use. Clean any soiled areas immediately with water; dried paint is difficult to remove.

You may find covering material, such as adhesive tapes or covering films, possibly sanding papers. Don’t forget brushes, rollers, tools, and spatulas.
