REMAL Standard highly breathable wall paint, 15+3 kg

REMAL Standard represents a traditional natural water-based kaolin wall paint. It excels in excellent coverage, breathability, abrasion resistance, and achieves a standard whiteness of 82%. REMAL wall paint is suitable for painting plaster, concrete, drywall, cement boards, particle board, and renovation plasters in interiors. It is recommended for coatings in utility and industrial spaces. The paint exhibits wet abrasion resistance – measured according to ČSN EN ISO 11998 – class 5. (classification according to EN 13300).

Application procedure for REMAL paint:

Before painting, remove layers of old and non-adhering coatings. Treat absorbent substrates with REMAL universal primer, and treat non-cohesive and crumbling substrates with REMAL deep primer. This will remove dust from the surface, strengthen it, unify absorbency, and ensure adhesion of the coating. The drying time is 4 hours. Level unevenness on the wall with REMAL Putty. Dilute the paint in a ratio of max. 0.4 l of water to 1 kg of paint. Then mix thoroughly.

Apply with a brush, roller, or spraying in 2 coats, applying the next coat after the previous one has dried, at least after 4 hours. The optimal temperature for painting is 15 to 25 °C. The temperature of the substrate and the environment must not fall below 5 °C during application. For continuous areas, use product from one batch, mix different batches together before use.
