REMAL Sanal Mold Treatment for Walls and Fungi V1406, 900 g

Remal Sanal for masonry for the remediation and preventive protection of masonry, plasters, stone, concrete, and other building materials against mold and fungi. An aqueous solution of quaternary ammonium salts with an added marking dye and special additive. The product does not contain organic solvents or heavy metals.

Application procedure for anti-mold treatment:

Areas infected with mold must be secured against dampness from seepage and isolation against rising water. Before using REMAL Sanal mold treatment, dilute it with water in the ratio 1:9; for treating brick masonry against mold, REMAL Sanal is diluted with water in the ratio 1:5.

The affected areas are treated with the diluted solution, and the mold is mechanically removed, for example, with a spatula. Once dried, the treatment with the diluted solution is repeated 1-2 times. After drying the treated surface against mold in the interior, it is advisable to apply a painter's product against mold with a preventive anti-mold additive (e.g., REMAL anti-mold paint). After drying, the technological properties of the treated surface do not change after applying paint and facade coating products.

Content of active ingredients in anti-mold penetration:

N-alkyl (C12-16) (benzyl) dimethylammonium chloride (ES 270-325-2): min. 190 g/kg of product.
