Remal Sanal for masonry for remediation and preventive protection of masonry, plasters, stone, concrete, and other building materials against mold and fungi. An aqueous solution of quaternary ammonium salt with added marking dye and special additive. The product does not contain organic solvents or heavy metals.
up to 70 m² /1kg of diluted solution for one coat.
Areas infested with mold should be secured against moisture from infiltration and isolation against rising water. Before using the anti-mold coating REMAL Sanal, dilute it with water in a ratio of 1:9; for treating brick masonry against mold, REMAL Sanal is diluted with water in a ratio of 1:5.
Mold-infested areas are to be coated with the diluted solution and the mold is to be mechanically removed while wet, for example with a spatula. After drying, the coating with the diluted solution is repeated 1-2 times. After the treated surface dries in the interior, it is advisable to apply a painter's product with an anti-mold additive (e.g., REMAL anti-mold paint). After drying, the technological properties of the treated surface after the application of painter's products and facade coatings do not change.
