REMAL Structure painter's paint with grainy texture, 15 kg

REMAL Structure is a water-based white wall paint with a coarse grain texture up to 0.5 mm. It is primarily used to imitate the appearance of stucco layers, for painting plasters, concrete, drywall, cement boards, particle boards, etc. in interiors. Due to its specific formulation, it features high opacity and abrasion resistance, with a high whiteness of 88%.

Working procedure for REMAL Structure:

Old, non-adhering coatings in thicker layers must be scraped off. For filling holes, cracks, and uneven surfaces, use REMAL PATCHING. In larger cracks, it is necessary to remove non-adhering material and use an acrylic filler for filling, after it dries, use REMAL PATCHING for leveling. After drying and sanding, the substrate is more easily repaintable with paint. For problematic areas (stains, etc.), it is advisable to use the isolating coating REMAL FLEK-STOP. Excessively absorbent, crumbling, non-adhering substrates must be primed in advance (strengthened) with an appropriate primer such as REMAL, SOICRAT, or BARLET. The temperature of the substrate and the environment must not drop below 5 °C during painting.

The paint is not thinned for application. If necessary, a maximum of 0.05 l of water can be added per 1 kg of paint. Mix thoroughly. Apply with a roller or brush in 1 - 2 coats, apply the next coat after the previous one has dried, at least after 4 hours. The optimal temperature for painting is 15 to 25 °C. The temperature of the substrate and the environment must not drop below 5 °C during application. For continuous surfaces, use the product from one batch, mix different batches together before use. Clean contaminated areas immediately with water, dried paint is difficult to remove.

Handling of REMAL stucco paint:

When working, observe basic hygiene rules. The product is not suitable for coatings that come into direct contact with food, feed, drinking water, nor for coatings of children's toys and furniture. Keep out of reach of children. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention.

The product is treated with a biocide. Contains 1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxyethyl)hexahydro-1,3,5-triazin, 1,2-benzoisothiazol-3(2H) -one+, octhilinone (ISO), reaction mixture: 5-chlor-2-methylisothiazol-3(2H) -one [EC number 247-500-7] and 2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [EC number 220-239-6] (3:1). May cause an allergic reaction.

Storage life of grainy textured paint:

The product retains its usable properties for 5 years from the date of production, in the original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.

You might find it useful covering materials, such as adhesive tapes or covering films, or possibly sanding papers. Don't forget brushes, rollers, spatulas, and trowels.
