REMAL Structure is a water-dilutable white color for walls with a coarse-grained structure up to 0.5 mm. It is primarily used to imitate the appearance of plaster layers, for painting plasters, concrete, drywall, cement boards, particle boards, etc. indoors. Due to its specific processing, it features high opacity and abrasion resistance, and has a high whiteness of 88%.

Working procedure of REMAL Structure:

Old non-adhering coatings in thicker layers should be scraped off. To fill holes, cracks, and uneven surfaces, use REMAL PUTTY. For larger cracks, it is necessary to remove any loose material and use an acrylic filler to fill them; once dry, use REMAL PUTTY for leveling. After drying and sanding, the substrate can be more easily painted with the paint. For problem areas (stains, etc.), it is advisable to use the isolation coating REMAL SPOT-STOP. Highly absorbent, crumbling, non-adhering substrates must be pre-treated (strengthened) with a suitable primer, e.g., REMAL, SOICRAT, or BARLET. The temperature of the substrate and the environment must not drop below 5 °C during painting.

The paint is not diluted for application. If necessary, a maximum of 0.05 l of water can be added to 1 kg of paint. Mix thoroughly. Apply with a roller or brush in 1 - 2 coats, wait for at least 4 hours after the previous coat has dried before applying another. The optimal temperature for painting is 15 to 25 °C. The temperature of the substrate and the environment must not drop below 5 °C during application. Use the product from the same batch for uniform surfaces; mix different batches together before use. Clean dirty areas immediately with water, as dried paint is difficult to remove.

Handling of plaster paint REMAL:

When working, observe basic hygiene rules. The product is not intended for coatings that come into direct contact with food, animal feed, drinking water, or for coating children's toys and furniture. Keep out of reach of children. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention.

The product is treated with a biocide. It contains 1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxyethyl)hexahydro-1,3,5-triazin, 1,2-benzoisothiazol-3(2H)-on+, octhilinone (ISO), reaction mixture: 5-chlor-2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-on [ES number 247-500-7] and 2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-on [ES number 220-239-6] (3:1). May cause an allergic reaction.

Storage of textured paint:

The product retains its useful properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture, in its original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.

You may find covering materials, such as adhesive tapes or covering films, and possibly sanding papers. Don’t forget brushes, rollers, and spatulas.
