REMAL Ekonomik universal wall paint, 40 kg

REMAL Ekonomik is a paint with increased optical brightness, excellent covering power, and high vapour permeability. The REMAL Ekonomik paint is intended for coating of plasters, concrete, drywall and cement board, chipboard, and renovation plasters in interiors. Due to the natural limestone content, this paint can be applied in multiple layers.

The interior wall and ceiling paint REMAL Ekonomik is very easy to work with. It shows resistance to wet abrasion after 28 days - class 5. (measured according to ČSN EN ISO 11998, classification according to EN 13300).

Working procedure for REMAL Ekonomik wall paint:

Before painting with REMAL Ekonomik universal paint, remove layers of old and non-adhering paint. Absorbent substrates should be treated with REMAL universal primer; non-cohesive and crumbling substrates should be treated with REMAL deep primer. This will remove dust from the surface, strengthen it, unify absorbency, and ensure adhesion of the paint. The drying time is 4 hours. Even out irregularities on the wall with REMAL putty. Dilute the paint with a maximum ratio of 0.2 l of water to 1 kg of paint. Then mix thoroughly.

Apply the paint with a brush, roller, or spraying in 2 layers, applying the next layer of paint after the previous one has dried, at least after 4 hours. The optimal temperature for applying the paint is 15 to 25 °C. The temperature of the substrate and environment must not drop below 5 °C during the application of the wall paint. For cohesive areas, use a product from one batch of paint; mix different batches together before use.
