Het Mikral Renovo Active silicone facade paint, white 7 kg

Het Mikral Renovo Active is a high-quality silicone facade paint suitable for new and renovated facades, including external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS). It contains fine microfibers that help bridge small cracks in the substrate and protect the surface from algae and fungi due to biocidal protection. It is ideal for demanding outdoor conditions.

Features:

• Matte white facade paint with tinting options.
• Highly water-repellent and resistant to contamination.
• Well permeable to water vapor.
• Abrasion-resistant, washable, and long-lasting.
• Protects against biological attack (algae, fungi).

Usage:

• For mineral plasters (lime, lime-cement, stucco, breezolit), concrete, masonry, and insulation systems.
• Suitable for new as well as older substrates that need to be revitalized and protected.

Preparation and application:

• The substrate must be solid, dry, clean, free from dust, grease, and biological growth.
• In case of algae or fungus presence, treat the surface and remove residues.
• Prime with a suitable primer coat.
• Thoroughly mix the paint and apply in two layers with a brush, roller, or spray.
• Observe a drying time of approximately 4 hours between layers under normal conditions.

Coverage:

• Approximately 6–7 m²/kg in one layer on a smooth substrate.
• A 7 kg package is sufficient for approximately 42–49 m² in one layer or 21–28 m² with two layers.
