DENAS UNIVERSAL-SHINY top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0815 red, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a top water-dilutable paint for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal, galvanized roofing tiles, aluminum, some types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with added silane, gypsum board. It meets the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to the effects of UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. Painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit long-lasting durability indoors and outdoors.

The product is safe under conditions of intended use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children up to 3 years old (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and simultaneously meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has adopted measures to ensure the conformity of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and with the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from impurities, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1–2 layers of anti-corrosive primer DENAS ON METAL-PRIMER or DENAS ON METALS 2IN1, then apply the top color DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS ON WOOD-PRIMER or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in a ratio of 1:1 with water, in 1–2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then apply the top coat with undiluted paint in 1–2 layers. For outdoor wood, we recommend protection to depth with suitable impregnating agent with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coat of penetrating agent in 1–2 layers and subsequently with the top coating color DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
