DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0815 red, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a top water-based paint for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal, as well as galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, fiberboard, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, drywall. It meets the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to UV radiation and weather conditions, and are resistant to cleaning agents used in households. Coated surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit a long service life in both interior and exterior.

The product is safe under the conditions of intended use and meets hygienic requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets hygienic requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as stipulated by Decree No. 38/2001 Coll. of the Ministry of Health, as amended for white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure the conformity of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's facility.

Work Procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, incompatible old coating layers, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1-2 coats of DENAS ANTI-CORROSION PRIMER or DENAS ON METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS ON WOOD PRIMER or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in a 1:1 ratio with water, and this in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then apply the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For exterior wood, we recommend protection to depth with suitable impregnating agents with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coat of penetrating agent in 1-2 layers and subsequently with topcoat paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the coat is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70 %.

Safety and hygiene of paint for wood and metal:

Under normal usage, there are no situations that require immediate medical assistance. Recommendations: Follow personal hygiene principles while working. Ensure ventilation of the workspace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of eye contact, rinse with water.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of leftover paint and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its utility properties in the original unopened packaging at least until the date indicated on the lid.
