DENAS NA BETON top coat for concrete, 0905 gray anti-slip, 0.7 kg

DENAS NA BETON is a top coat for walking water-dilutable paint designed for coatings on concrete and fiber cement surfaces, bases, fences, staircases, walls, and cement-bonded CETRIS and OSB boards. The coating excellently withstands the effects of weather and UV radiation, has waterproofing properties, is colorfast, abrasion-resistant, vapor-permeable, and is easy to maintain. It exhibits high coverage, dries quickly, and has excellent application properties. It is not suitable for uncured concrete.

It meets the requirements of the ČSN EN ISO 1504-2 standard: Product for surface protection - coatings. Declaration of properties No. 003.

Composition (general):

Mixture of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers, and special additives

Working procedure: 

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt and non-adhering layers of the substrate and any previous coatings, and grease. Before painting with the color, the substrate should be treated with the penetrating agent DENAS DEEP PENETRATION. The paint is applied with a brush, roller, or spraying in the provided consistency in 2-3 layers with a minimum interval of 4 hours between individual coatings. The temperature during application and drying should not drop below +10 °C, with air humidity up to 70%.

Coverage: 

5 - 8 m²/kg for one coat.

Plastic or metal containers weighing 0.7 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg.

Instructions for safe handling:

If medical attention is needed, have the container or label of the product at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Do not inhale aerosols. Use only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. Prevent release into the environment. Use protective gloves/protective clothing/protective goggles. IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH SKIN: Wash with plenty of water and soap. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Seek medical attention/treatment. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations by handing it over to a person authorized for waste disposal or at a designated location by the municipality.

Safety and hygiene:

Follow personal hygiene principles. Ensure workspace ventilation. When spraying, use respiratory protection. If skin contact occurs, wash the affected area with water and soap. If in eyes, rinse with water for several minutes. If swallowed, rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. If health issues arise, seek medical treatment.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original unopened container at least until the date indicated on the cap/lid.

1.1–1.25 g/cm³; VOC: 0.05 kg/kg; TOC: 0.03 kg/kg; ONL: 30–40% by volume; Viscosity Category: A/i – single-component coatings with special functionality.; Maximum permissible limit of VOC content (g/l): 140; Max. VOC content in the product in ready-to-use state (g/l): 61.
