Application procedure for DENAS metal paint:

The substrate must be dry, free from all dirt, grease, and residues of old, non-adherent coatings. The paint is delivered in a consistency suitable for application with a brush and roller. When spraying, up to 5% water may be added. The paint is applied in 2–3 layers with a minimum interval of 4 hours between each coat. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Metal paint coverage:

Theoretical coverage is 6–8 m²/kg at an optimal thickness of 80 μm for one layer.

Metal paint composition:

A mixture of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers, and special additives.

Packaging of metal paint:

Plastic or metal containers weighing 0.7 kg, 2.5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg.

Follow personal hygiene guidelines. Ensure ventilation of the workplace. When applying by spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with water and soap. In case of eye contact, rinse with water. If swallowed, rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. In case of health issues, seek medical attention.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its usable properties in its original unopened packaging at least until the date indicated on the lid.
