DENAS METAL COLOR 2in1 is a self-priming, satin, anticorrosive, water-based paint designed to protect all metal substrates. The coatings provide anticorrosive protection throughout the entire thickness of the paint film, high resistance to weathering, and UV stability. Metal paint DENAS 2in1 is ideal for surface treatments of roofs, metal structures, roofing elements, fences, gates, window sills, masts, railings, and cast iron products. It perfectly protects steel, iron, freshly galvanized, aluminum, and copper surfaces located in both exterior and interior applications. The coatings dry very quickly, adhere excellently to metal substrates, provide high coverage, flow perfectly, and are easy to apply.

Application process for DENAS metal paint:

The substrate must be dry, free from all dirt, grease, and residues of old, non-adhering coatings. The paint is supplied in a consistency suitable for application with a brush and roller. When spraying, it may be diluted with 5% water. The paint is to be applied in 2-3 layers with a minimum interval of 4 hours between coats. The minimum temperature for application and drying is +10 °C, with relative humidity not exceeding 70%.

Coverage of the metal paint:

Theoretical coverage is 6-8 m²/kg at an optimal thickness of 80 μm per layer.

Composition of metal paint:

A mixture of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers, and special additives.

Packaging of metal paint:

Plastic or metal containers weighing 0.7 kg, 2.5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg.

Safety and hygiene for DENAS metal paint:

Observe personal hygiene principles. Ensure ventilation of the work area. When spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with water and soap. If it gets into the eyes, rinse with water. If ingested, rinse the mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention if health issues arise.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its properties in the original unopened packaging for at least up to the date indicated on the lid.
