INDUSTROL Unimat top coat for wood and metal S2075, 1000 white, 600 ml

INDUSTROL S2075 is a universal synthetic enamel intended for top matte coatings of various substrates.

CHARACTERISTICS AND USE:

The matte enamel has universal use for top coatings of metals and wood exposed to weather conditions and for interior coatings. It is characterized by quick drying and excellent flow. It has an attractive matte appearance and is versatile. The product is suitable for coating doors, frames, fences, windowsills, small constructions and industrial items, wooden furniture and paneling, garden furniture, washable and abrasion-resistant coatings on walls. The resulting coating is velvet matte.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:

Wood must be clean, dry, well-sanded, with a maximum moisture content of 12%, and free of resin residues before application. The concrete or masonry substrate must be dry, cohesive, cleaned, well-cured (usually 4 – 6 weeks), and structurally insulated against ground (bottom) moisture. The metal substrate must be clean, dry, free of grease, rust, and dust, and mechanically cleaned. Absorbent substrates must also be treated with a suitable primer and possibly coated with a suitable base substance. Metal substrates must be treated with a suitable anti-corrosion primer. Previously painted surfaces must be cleaned, degreased, and free of old non-adhering coatings. To ensure compatibility of the new coating with the old one, it is recommended to conduct a test reference coating on an area of 1 m2.

DILUTION: diluent BALTECH S6006 (brush, roller), diluent BALTECH S6001 (spraying)

Theoretical yield: 17 m²/l for one layer

WORKING PROCEDURE:

Before use, thoroughly mix the contents and dilute if necessary.
Coating metal items
1.  1x coat with base color PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, FORMEX PRIMER FOR GALVANIZED S2003, PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERSAL S2035 or PRAGOPRIMER PROFI S2129
2.   local filling with filler, e.g., BKP RAPID, sanding the filled area with sandpaper
3.  1x coat with base color PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, FORMEX FOR GALVANIZED S2003, PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERSAL S2035 or PRAGOPRIMER PROFI S2129
4.  sanding with sandpaper no. 280-320 wet
5.  2 to 3x coat with top enamel INDUSTROL UNIMAT S2075. Optimal thickness of one layer is 35 µm

Coating wooden items:
1.  1x coat with stain LAZUROL CLASSIC S1023 or fungicidal primer LAZUROL IMPREGNATING BASE S1033, drying time 24 hours
2. light sanding with sandpaper no.150 – 180
3. 1 to 2x coat with base color PRAGOPRIMER PLUS S2070 or LAZUROL WINDOW BASE S2060
4. sanding with sandpaper no.280 – 320
5. 2 to 3x coat with top enamel INDUSTROL UNIMAT S2075. Individual coats with enamel must dry for at least 24 hours (20 °C). Optimal thickness of one layer is 35 µm

You might find covering material, such as paper adhesive tape or covering foil. Don't forget brushes, rollers, spatulas, and scrapers.
