Sanakryl Top waterproofing paint for roofs, gray, 25 kg

SANAKRYL TOP can also be used for protective coatings of new roof insulation PUR foam. At the same time as the roof coating, SANAKRYL TOP can also be used for coating roofing accessories made of galvanized sheet metal, aluminum sheet, and steel sheet painted with anti-corrosive paint. It is not intended for maintenance and repair of foil coverings. The waterproofing material SANAKRYL TOP is applied in a liquid state and after drying creates a separate permanently elastic seamless waterproofing membrane with minimal absorbency, meeting the requirements for long-term water load and weather influences.

SANAKRYL TOP, together with reinforcement fabric, forms a waterproofing system for repairing flat roofs with a slope of at least 1° and long-term water load, but not continuously for more than 6 months without drying. In this system, SANAKRYL TOP is designated as both a base anchoring and a final closing layer. This system is used for the protection, maintenance, and repair of older roofing coverings made of asphalt rolls. SANAKRYL TOP can be used on roofs with a slope of up to 15° and in a fire hazardous area.

Processing:
SANAKRYL TOP is applied to a substrate cleaned of mechanical impurities and degreased (high-pressure washing equipment and a detergent solution are recommended) repaired, and dry. Absorbent substrates and old asphalt coverings must be primed with the FORTE primer at a substrate and ambient temperature ranging from 8 to 30 °C. It is applied in 1 to 3 layers depending on the type of treatment, with a technological break of 12 hours at a temperature of 20 °C. The last layer is applied only with a roller. SANAKRYL TOP is intended for roofs with a minimum slope of 1° and with long-term water load, for no longer than 6 months continuously without drying.

A detailed working procedure for application is prepared in a separate application guideline ROOFS. We recommend application companies participate in professional training to obtain the "Manufacturer's Certificate", which authorizes the trained company to apply the specified material. A list of persons authorized to conduct training in the Czech Republic can be obtained from the manufacturer's sales department. Long-term warranties are provided by the manufacturer only after completing professional training. The obtained certificate also allows free use of consulting services and technical assessments of the condition of buildings for larger investment projects.
