Sanakryl Top waterproofing paint for roofs, gray, 25 kg

SANAKRYL TOP can also be used for protective coatings of new roof insulation PUR foam. Along with coating the roofing, SANAKRYL TOP can also be used for coating the roof's sheet metal accessories made of galvanized steel, aluminum, and steel coated with anti-corrosive paint. It is not intended for the maintenance and repair of membrane coverings. The waterproof material SANAKRYL TOP is applied in liquid form and, after drying, creates a separate permanently flexible seamless waterproof membrane with minimal water absorption, meeting the requirements for long-term water exposure and weather influences.

SANAKRYL TOP, along with reinforcing fabric, forms a waterproofing system for the repair of flat roofs with a minimum slope of 1° and long-term water exposure, but not exceeding 6 months continuously without drying. In this system, SANAKRYL TOP is intended as a basic anchoring layer as well as a final sealing layer. This system is used for the protection, maintenance, and repair of older roofing membranes made of bitumen sheets. SANAKRYL TOP can be used on roofs with a slope of up to 15° and in fire hazard areas.

Processing:
SANAKRYL TOP is applied to a substrate cleaned of mechanical impurities and degreased (high-pressure washing equipment and a soap solution are recommended) that is repaired and dry. Absorbent substrates and old bitumen coverings must be primed with FORTE primer at substrate and ambient temperatures ranging from 8 – 30 °C. It is applied in 1 – 3 layers depending on the type of treatment, with a technological pause of 12 hours at a temperature of 20 °C. The last layer is applied only with a roller. SANAKRYL TOP is intended for roofs with a minimum slope of 1° and with long-term water exposure, not exceeding 6 months continuously without drying.

A detailed working procedure for application is outlined in a separate application regulation for ROOFS. We recommend that application companies participate in professional training to obtain a "Manufacturer's Certificate," authorizing the trained company to apply the specified material. A list of individuals authorized to conduct training in the Czech Republic can be obtained from the manufacturer's sales department. Long-term guarantees are provided by the manufacturer only after completing professional training. The obtained certificate also allows for free use of consulting services and technical assessments of building conditions for larger investment projects.
