Use of Het Klasic Color:

For interior coatings of walls and ceilings, lime, lime-cement, gypsum-lime and gypsum plasters, drywall, cement board and wood fiber boards, plasters with acrylic binder, renovation plasters (meets the requirement of WTA CZ directive no. 2-9-04/D, tab. 4 limiting the use of coating layers on renovation plasters in terms of permeability for water vapor), concrete panels and monoliths, specially designed paper wallpapers, glass fiber wallpapers, etc. Also suitable for application on substrates combining, for example, mineral plasters and drywall. The product meets the requirements for coatings of surfaces that may come into indirect and direct accidental contact with food. The coating creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard moisture in rooms and resistant to abrasion from dry substances.

The coated surface must not be in permanent contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coating can briefly withstand temperatures of around 70 °C. The paint is suitable for painting residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, hallways, offices, retail spaces, etc.

Paint coverage of Het Klasic Color:
6 – 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer.

Application of Het Klasic Color paint:
Recommended application – with painter's rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - with a brush; large area application – by AIRLESS, HVLP spraying. When spraying, it is advisable to conduct tests on specific equipment beforehand.

Substrate:
Dry, cohesive, free of dirt and biological contamination (mold, algae), non-salted, non-greasy, free of formwork oils, chemically stable, matured (pH ≤8.5; control can be performed with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be within the range of +5 to +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Application procedure:

1. Primer coat is applied with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or with a penetration agent A-GRUND or AT-GRUND, in the case of drywall and other low-absorbent or extremely smooth substrates with UP-GRUND. If the substrate is a non-powdering, low-absorbent original coating film, a primer coat is not necessary. Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion are recommended to be scraped off.
2. After drying the primer coat, apply 1–2 covering coats with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint. For new or significantly differently tinted substrates, additional covering coats may be applied as needed.
