ETERNAL stabil is intended for the surface treatment of concrete surfaces, concrete tiles, and concrete paving stones. It is suitable for the surface treatment of concrete floors in cellars, staircases, warehouses, exhibition spaces, etc. ETERNAL stabil is certified for food contact in white and light gray shades. It reliably withstands normal loads, but is not suitable for surfacing floors subjected to shifting loads. The finished treatment has a matte appearance and an anti-slip finish. The ETERNAL stabil paint can also be used to treat the concrete surface of balconies, terraces, stairs, sidewalks, and similar areas. The final coat has very good abrasion resistance, good adhesion to concrete substrates, waterproofing properties, and very good weather resistance. ETERNAL stabil cannot be used for coatings that are permanently submerged in water or are exposed to high humidity for extended periods. It is not recommended as a coating for highly polished surfaces without prior roughening.
Application:
ETERNAL stabil is applied in 2 layers with a break between coats of 4 - 24 hours depending on weather conditions. For more heavily used concrete surfaces, it is advisable to apply 3 coats. ETERNAL stabil is not thinned before use. The painted surface can be gradually loaded after three days, and can be fully loaded after seven days from the last coat application. The paint can be applied at temperatures of 10–30°C, and outdoor application should not be carried out under intense direct sunlight. The concrete substrate must be mature, dry, cohesive, repaired, and cleaned; new and polished concrete floors must be sandblasted or ground and primed with undiluted FORTE penetration agent.
Consumption:
0.40 – 0.50 kg/m²
