ETERNAL stabil is designed for the surface treatment of concrete surfaces, concrete tiles, and concrete paving. It is suitable for the surface treatment of concrete floors in basements, staircases, warehouses, exhibition spaces, etc. ETERNAL stabil is certified for contact with food in white and light gray shades. It reliably withstands normal loads but is not suitable for the surface treatment of floors subjected to shifting loads. The finished coating has a matte appearance and an anti-slip finish. The ETERNAL stabil paint can also be used to treat concrete surfaces of balconies, terraces, stairs, sidewalks, and similar areas. The final coat has very good abrasion resistance, good adhesion to concrete substrates, waterproofing properties, and very good weather resistance. ETERNAL stabil cannot be used for coatings permanently submerged in water or exposed to high humidity for extended periods. It is not recommended as a coating for highly smooth surfaces without prior roughening.
Application:
ETERNAL stabil is applied in 2 layers with a break of 4–24 hours between coats, depending on weather conditions. For more heavily stressed concrete surfaces, it is advisable to apply 3 coats. ETERNAL stabil is not diluted before use. The coated area can be gradually loaded after three days, and it can be fully loaded after seven days from the last coat. The paint can be applied at temperatures of 10–30°C, and outdoor applications should not be carried out under intense direct sunlight. The concrete substrate must be mature, dry, cohesive, repaired, and cleaned. New and smooth concrete floors must be sandblasted or ground and primed with undiluted priming agent FORTE penetral.
