Paint for both primer and topcoats for all types of metal substrates. ETERNAL for metals is a water-based, silk-matt, self-priming coating for direct use on metal substrates based on a modified acrylic resin dispersion, special anti-corrosive pigments, fillers, and additives that modify properties. It features high adhesion to metal substrates, including zinc, zinc-titanium, light metals, and anti-corrosive steels, increased protection against corrosion, high resistance to UV radiation, and weather influences.
Application:
ETERNAL for metals is intended for primer and topcoats for metal structures, masts, external surfaces of tanks, pipes, fences, railings, metal coverings, tubes, sheets, and other metal products made of steel, cast iron, zinc, anti-corrosive steels, aluminum, copper, brass, even in environments with higher corrosion stress.
Shades with a blacksmith appearance are designed for coatings of fences, gates, railings, metal furniture, and blacksmith products.
Processing:
ETERNAL for metals is applied to prepared metal substrates using a brush, roller, airless or air spraying at a substrate and environmental temperature of at least 10 °C in 1–3 layers with a minimum break of 4 hours (20 °C) between coats so that the total consumption is 0.30–0.35 kg/m2. Coatings on steel substrates should be carried out in a dry environment. In cold weather, it is advisable to first apply one very thin coat so that it dries quickly.
Consumption:
0.12–0.17 kg/m2 (1 layer).
