Eternal for Metals Universal Color for All Metals, 402 Light Grey, 5 kg

A coating designed for both primer and top layers on all types of metal substrates. ETERNAL for Metals is a water-based, self-priming coating with a silky matte finish for direct use on metals, produced from a modified acrylic resin dispersion, special anti-corrosion pigments, fillers, and additives that modify properties. It is characterized by high adhesion to metal substrates, including zinc, titanium-zinc, light metals, and anti-corrosive steels, along with enhanced protection against corrosion and high resistance to UV radiation and weathering.

Usage:
ETERNAL for Metals is intended for primer and top coatings of metal structures, masts, external surfaces of tanks, pipes, fences, railings, metal roofing, tubes, plates, and other metal products made of steel, cast iron, zinc, anti-corrosive steels, aluminum, copper, brass, and in environments with higher corrosion loads.
Shades with a blacksmith appearance are intended for the coating of fences, gates, railings, metal furniture, and blacksmith products.

Application:
ETERNAL for Metals is applied to the prepared metal substrate with a brush, roller, air or airless spray at an ambient and substrate temperature of at least 10 °C in 1–3 layers with a break between coats of at least 4 hours (20 °C), so that the total consumption is 0.30–0.35 kg/m2. Coating of steel substrates should be done in a dry environment. In cold weather, it is appropriate to first apply one very thin coat so that it dries quickly.

Consumption:
0.12–0.17 kg/m2 (1 layer).
