Interior dispersion white cover paint Het Hetmal Plus with high opacity - recommended for commercial and living spaces, offices, schools, corridors, industrial applications. Het Hetmal Plus is for interior coatings of walls and ceilings, lime and lime-cement plasters, concrete panels and monoliths, and designated paper wallpapers, etc. The paint is suitable for repainting old bearing layers of interior paints. The product meets the requirements for coatings of surfaces that may come into indirect and direct accidental contact with food. The coating creates a matte, vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard humidity in rooms and resistant to abrasion with dry material. The painted surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coating can temporarily withstand temperatures around 70 °C. Coverage:
8 - 12 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorbency and structure of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer

Drying time: 
at least 4 hours at 20 °C and 60% relative humidity

Application:
with a brush, paint rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), small areas with a brush, large area application by AIRLESS spraying. When applying by spraying, it is advisable to carry out tests on specific equipment beforehand. The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be within the range of +5 to +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Substrate:
dry, cohesive, free of dirt and biological infestation (molds, algae), unsalted, non-greasy, free of formwork oils, chemically stable, mature (pH ≤8.5; control can be done with a pH tester).

Example of the application procedure:

1. Before application, it is always necessary to properly mix the paint. When mixing, proceed in such a way that air does not penetrate into the mass and the paint does not foam.
2. The primer coat is applied with paint diluted in 0.5 l of water for 1 kg of paint. On smooth substrates, a primer UP-GRUND is used for the primer coat, very absorbent substrates are primed with A-GRUND or AT-GRUND. If the substrate is cohesive, non-powdery, and has a low absorption original coating, the primer coat is not necessary. Layers
   of old coatings with insufficient adhesion must be scraped off beforehand. Stains from infiltrated water, rust, soot, aniline dyes, or nicotine should first be covered with an insulating coating I-GRUND or, in the case of more intensity, with paint HETLINE ISOL.
3. After the primer coat has dried, apply 1 to 2, or more as needed for new or significantly color-different substrates, cover coats of paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint. WARNING: excessive dilution of the paint reduces opacity and may worsen the parameters of the paint.
4. Protect all tools during work breaks against drying out and wash them with water after work. Immediately wash contaminated areas with water, dried paint is difficult to remove. Ensure thorough ventilation during application and drying.
