Fronton powder color for building mixes mortars and concretes, 0731 brick red, 800 g

The Fronton powder color is used for tinting painting coatings and other mineral or building materials in both indoor and outdoor environments. It is characterized by long durability and color stability.

Recommended coating procedure
Before applying the paint, clean the plaster from dust, wash it with water if necessary, and repair it with mortar if needed. The plaster intended for painting must be solid, non-flaking, sufficiently rough, dry, and cured. Multiple old thick lime coatings must be removed by scraping after previously moistening with water. Plasters painted with oil paints are not suitable for painting with color tinted by FRONTON. The ambient temperature and the substrate must not drop below 5 °C during application, and it should not be done in intense sunlight. The second coat can be applied after 2 – 5 hours. It is applied with a brush.

Lighter shade:
5 kg of FRONTON color should be poured into 3 l of soft water and mixed well; after 2 – 3 hours, the resulting paste should be mixed into 50 l of painting color.

Darker shade:
10 kg of FRONTON color should be poured into 5 l of soft water and mixed well; after 2 – 3 hours, the resulting paste should be mixed into 50 l of painting color.

Recommended application methods:
With a brush, spraying according to the binder used and the purpose of use.
