Usage Het Klasic Color:

For indoor wall and ceiling painting, lime, lime-cement, gypsum-lime and gypsum plasters, drywall, fiberboard and wood fiber boards, plasters with acrylic binders, renovation plasters (meets the requirement of WTA CZ guideline no. 2-9-04/D, table 4 limiting the use of covering layers on renovation plasters in terms of permeability for water vapor), concrete panels and monoliths, specially designed paper wallpapers, glass fiber wallpapers, etc. Also for application on substrates combining, for example, mineral plasters and drywall. The product meets the requirements for painting surfaces that may come into indirect and direct incidental contact with food. The coating creates a matte, highly vapor-permeable surface that is resistant to standard humidity in rooms and resistant to abrasion with dry materials.

The painted surface must not be in constant contact with water and must not be exposed to condensing moisture. The dried coating can temporarily withstand temperatures around 70 °C. The paint is suitable for the painting of residential and commercial spaces, children's rooms, dining rooms, corridors, offices, sales areas, etc.

Efficiency of Het Klasic Color paint::
6 – 10 m²/kg in one layer depending on the absorption and structure of the substrate and thickness of the applied layer.

Application of Het Klasic Color paint:
Recommended application – with paint rollers (perlon, polyacrylic, polyamide), brush; small areas - with a brush; large area application – spray method AIRLESS, HVLP. When spraying, it is advisable to perform tests on the specific equipment in advance.

Substrate:
Dry, cohesive, free from dirt and biological attack (mold, algae), non-saline, non-greasy, free from formwork oils, chemically stable, mature (pH ≤8.5; control can be performed with a pH tester).

Application temperature:
The temperature of the material, environment, and substrate must be between +5 and +30 °C during application and for 24 hours after application.

Application procedure:

1. The priming coat is applied with paint diluted with a maximum of 0.3 liters of water per 1 kg of paint, or with the penetrating agent A-GRUND or AT-GRUND, in the case of drywall and other low-absorbent or extremely smooth substrates with the agent UP-GRUND. If the substrate is a non-shedding, low-absorbent original coating film, it is not necessary to perform a priming coat. Layers of old coatings with insufficient adhesion are recommended to be scraped off.
2. After the priming coat has dried, 1–2 covering coats of paint diluted with a maximum of 0.1 liters of water per 1 kg of paint are applied. On new or significantly differently colored substrates, more covering coats may be applied as needed.
