Soudal Soudafix P-300 SF chemical anchor, 300 ml

Soudal Soudafix P-300 SF represents a two-component chemical anchor designed for non-pressure fastening of threaded rods, anchor ends, reinforcements, or various profiles without creating stress in the surrounding material. This chemical anchor is intended for use in solid and hollow substrates, such as bricks, concrete, cracked concrete, aerated concrete, natural stone, drywall, and similar materials. It features exceptionally fast curing, high strength, easy dispensing with a standard gun, and the possibility of reusing after attaching a new mixing nozzle.

Surfaces for chemical anchor:

Suitable surfaces: all usual porous building materials, on smooth non-porous substrates it has poorer adhesion. Condition of drill surface: free of grease and dust, clean. Preparation: no special treatment is necessary, in the case of hollow materials, a plastic or metal grid needs to be inserted.

Instructions for using chemical anchor:

Drill a hole to the recommended depth (see table in the images for the product). Clean the drilled hole with a brush and blow out with an air pump. Screw the mixing nozzle onto the cartridge. Before application, discharge about 10 cm strip of material until it has a uniform dark gray color (indication of perfect mixing of both components of the product). Chemical anchor for concrete: Insert the nozzle into the hole and fill until ½ or ⅔ of the hole. Insert the anchoring element with a slow rotating movement to the bottom of the hole and remove the excess material from the surrounding area. Chemical anchor for hollow materials: first drill a hole in the substrate of the diameter specified in the table for the specific anchoring element, insert a grid of the specified diameter into the drilled hole and fill with anchor paste. Homogenize the paste according to the previous point. With a rotating motion (alternating left-right), insert the anchoring element and fix it. Required diameters and times see table – during curing do not move the anchoring element. Excess paste can be easily removed mechanically with a hammer and chisel after curing.

• P333+P313: If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention.
• P337+P313: If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.
• P362+P364: Take off contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.
• P501: Dispose of contents/container to according to product instructions.
