Soudal Soudafix P-300 SF chemical anchor is a two-component anchoring material for anchoring threaded studs, fastening ends, reinforcement rods, various profiles, etc. without applying pressure to the surrounding material. The chemical anchor is suitable for solid and hollow materials such as bricks, concrete, cracked concrete, aerated concrete, natural stone, plasterboard, etc. Super fast curing, highly strong, easy application using a standard gun, reusable after changing the nozzle.

Surfaces for chemical anchor:

Suitable surfaces: all common porous construction substrates, lower adhesion on smooth non-porous surfaces. Condition of the drilled surface: clean, free of grease and dust. Preparation: no special preparation is required, a plastic or metal mesh must be used for hollow materials.

Instructions for using the chemical anchor:

Drill a hole to the recommended depth (see table in product images). Clean the drilled hole with a brush and blow it out with an air pump. Screw the mixing nozzle onto the cartridge. Before application, extrude approximately 10 cm strip of material so that it has a uniform dark gray color (indication of perfect mixing of both components of the product). Chemical anchor for concrete: Insert the nozzle into the hole and fill it up to ½ or ⅔ of the hole. Insert the anchoring element with a slow rotating motion down to the bottom of the hole and remove excess material from around the opening. Chemical anchor for hollow materials: first drill a hole of the diameter according to the table for the given anchoring element, insert the mesh of the corresponding diameter into the drilled hole and fill it with anchoring paste. Homogenize the paste according to the previous point. Using a rotating motion (alternating left-right), insert the anchoring element and secure it. Necessary diameters and times see table – do not move the anchoring element during curing. Excess paste can be easily removed mechanically with a hammer and chisel after curing.
