Stachema Fungispray Lemon Chlorine-Free Disinfectant, 500 ml

Agent for disinfecting surfaces contaminated with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the active ingredient concentration exceeds 3 to 4 times the required concentration for virus elimination. The chlorine-based product is fully effective against viruses in larger contaminations after just 5 minutes of exposure. The chlorine-free variant contains neither chlorine nor alcohol, making it gentle on surfaces and leaving no stains. It is fully effective against viruses at low contamination after just 5 minutes of exposure.

Scope of Use:
A liquid product designed to eliminate molds in households, healthcare, food industry, veterinary facilities, and agriculture, especially on porous building materials (walls, plaster, concrete, wood, etc.) and textiles.

Instructions for Use:
Do not remove the mold before application! Spray the affected areas from a distance of about 10 cm, and after 24 hours of exposure, remove the mold while still wet (using a brush or cloth soaked in this product). In case of heavy mold infestation, it is necessary to repeat the process. When contacting lacquered surfaces, test in a small, possibly hidden area beforehand. On a cleaned, disinfected, and dry surface of building materials, apply the FungiSAN chlorine-free antifungal agent with a preventive effect against molds. In case of using the product on textiles or other materials that may come into contact with the skin, thorough washing and cleaning of the treated materials (removal of product residues) is required after treatment.

Contains:
10 g/kg quaternary ammonium compounds, alkyl(C12-C16)(benzyl)dimethylammonium chlorides; 5 g/kg didecyl(dimethyl)ammonium chloride.

Statement on the virucidal efficacy of FungiSpray Chlorine-Free and FungiSpray Chlorine:

FungiSpray Chlorine-Free (including citrus and avocado variant)

The FungiSpray Chlorine-Free product has been on the market for almost 10 years. Its primary purpose is mold elimination. In 2016, the formulation of this product was tested at the Health Institute based in Ostrava - Testing Laboratory No. 1554. Tests were conducted according to ČSN EN 14476+A1:2015, i.e., Chemical disinfectants and antiseptics - Quantitative test using suspension to determine virucidal efficacy in the healthcare sector - Testing methods and requirements (Phase 2 I degree 1). The tests demonstrate virucidal efficacy against enveloped viruses Vaccinia virus (DNA virus) and BVDV (Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus - RNA virus) under low contamination conditions after just 5 minutes of exposure.

Coronaviruses are enveloped RNA viruses. The efficacy test against BVDV demonstrates the potential use of the FungiSpray Chlorine-Free product for disinfecting surfaces contaminated with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which causes COVID-19. The concentration of active substances in the product exceeds the necessary concentration for virus elimination more than 3 times, which can be substantiated by tests.

Similarly, as the FungiSpray Chlorine-Free product, the FungiSpray Chlorine product was also tested in 2016 at the Health Institute based in Ostrava according to the same standard. The product demonstrated full virucidal efficacy under higher contamination conditions after just 5 minutes of exposure. The current concentration of active substances in the product exceeds the necessary concentration for virus elimination 4 times, which can be substantiated by tests.

From publicly available literature, the efficacies of individual substances can be traced. They indicate that the amount of active substances in both products nearly exceeds the composition required for virus elimination by almost 10 times. Information regarding the notification of the biocidal product has been updated for both products at the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, Department of Chemical Substances and Biocidal Products. Both products are suitable for use for PT2 (Disinfectants and algicides not intended for use on humans or animals).
