HB-Lak Sokrat 2802 A construction dispersion for all mixtures, 5 kg

Hb-lak Sokrat 2802 A construction dispersion is used as a binder for the production of highly filled facade and interior coatings, as a binder for the production of dispersion plasters, as an impregnating and priming agent for mineral substrates or dust-free treatments of construction elements. It is also used as a binding component for sealing coatings of concrete and as an additive in concrete and mortars for bonding tiles.

Procedure:
Penetration of all absorbent substrates (concrete, particleboard, eternit, etc.). Sokrat 2802 A is diluted in a ratio of 1:3 to 10 parts water (most absorbent = most diluted). It is best applied to a dry surface free from dust and mechanical impurities. The coating dries in 8 to 12 hours depending on temperature and humidity. It increases the strength of concrete and reduces dust.

Sealing coating for concrete (dust-free treatment):
1 volume part of Sokrat 2802 A is diluted with 10 parts water; then mix with 4 to 5 parts cement. After thorough mixing, apply to the primed surface.

Improvement of the properties of concrete or cement mortar:
Add 4 to 10 liters of Sokrat 2802 A to 100 kg of cement for dry mixtures; adjust with water to the desired consistency.

Adhesive mortar for tiles and coverings:
Dry mix 2 parts washed sand with 1 part Portland cement; during mixing, add the solution of Sokrat 2802 A (1 part : 1 to 2 parts water) until the desired consistency is achieved. Do not pre-soak the covering or the material to be covered!

Polymer mortar:
Add 10 liters of Sokrat 2802 A to 100 kg of lime hydrate (prepared from sand and lime in the usual ratio) and mix with water. The mortar has increased adhesion to the substrate and high flexibility. It is suitable for masonry and especially for bedding roofing.
