Soudal 60A Construction Adhesive for Wood, Clear, 300 ml

Soudal 60A construction polyurethane adhesive for wood is designed for bonding wooden parts, wooden structural elements, and furniture, as well as bonding many other types of materials such as bricks, concrete, metals, rubber, polystyrene, foam materials, etc. It is used for manufacturing window and door frames and for producing laminated panels. Non-dripping construction polyurethane adhesive for wood with an extremely high adhesive strength of 100 kg/cm². Once cured, the wood adhesive is transparent and permanently water-resistant D4 (ČSN EN 204). It does not leave stains and can be used on slightly damp substrates. It can be used for bonding uneven substrates, slightly foaming during the curing process. Fast-drying, filling capabilities due to foaming properties, high adhesive strength, excellent water resistance.

Transparent water-resistant polyurethane adhesive for wood with very high joint strength up to 100 kg/cm². During the curing process, it foams and perfectly fills surface irregularities. It does not drip while applying, creates an invisible bond, suitable for professional use.

Substrates:

Suitable surfaces: various absorbent and non-absorbent substrates such as wood, concrete, bricks, etc., not suitable for PE, PP. Surface condition: clean, free from grease and dust. Surface preparation: moistening the substrates increases the curing speed and improves the filling capabilities by foaming the adhesive. It is recommended to always conduct a test for adhesion and compatibility (mutual suitability of materials).

Working procedure:

Application: Apply in dots or strips using a manual or pneumatic applicator gun. No later than 15 minutes after application, join the bonded parts and keep them pressed for about 3 hours. Pressing the bonded materials during curing is necessary to achieve maximum joint strength. Working temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C. Cleaning: White Spirit (lacquer thinner) or acetone before the adhesive cures. Cured adhesive can only be cleaned mechanically. Repairs: Construction adhesive 60A.

• H334: May cause allergy or asthma symptoms or breathing difficulties if inhaled.

Guidelines for safe handling (P-phrases)

• P101: If medical advice is needed, have the product container or label at hand.
• P102: Keep out of reach of children.
• P280: Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/protective eyewear/face shield.
• P284: In case of inadequate ventilation, use respiratory protection equipment.
• P302+P352: IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water and soap
• P304+P340: IF INHALED: Move person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
• P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• P337+P313: If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.
• P501: Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations.
