Laguna Chlor Shock Pool Disinfection, 2.5 kg

Laguna Chlor Shock serves as a disinfectant for the year-round maintenance of all types of pools, primarily for a one-time, or "shock" treatment of pool water after filling or during heavy contamination. It eliminates algae and bacteria.

Use of Laguna Chlor Shock Pool Disinfection:

After filling the water, first adjust the pH value of the water to 6.8 – 7.6. Then pour the initial dose of the product (dissolved in water in a plastic container) into the skimmer or directly into the pool while the filtration system is running. Until the product is thoroughly mixed by the filtration system, the presence of people in the pool must be excluded! We recommend chlorination to be done in the evening. It is necessary to maintain the content of active chlorine within the range of 0.3 – 0.8 mg/l. At elevated temperatures, the content of active chlorine can be temporarily increased to up to 1 mg/l. Check the pH value and chlorine content approximately 1 – 2 times a week.

Dosing for Laguna Chlor Shock Disinfection:

• 10 g/m³ when filling the pool.
• 5 g/m³ every 4 - 6 days during normal operation.
• 8 - 12 g/m³ during increased use and higher temperatures.
