POOL pool chemicals against algae (approx. 500 ml) is a liquid algaecide preparation designed to remove algae and prevent their further growth in the pool. It can be used both preventively and in case of an existing problem with "green water" or slippery walls.
The preparation is added directly to the water, where it disrupts the structure of the algae and prevents their reproduction. Most of these products are compatible with both chlorine and non-chlorine water treatment.
Main properties
- Elimination and prevention of algae – effective against common types (green, yellow, black algae)
- Liquid form (algaecide) – easy dosing directly into the pool
- Non-foaming effect – suitable for filtration systems and hot tubs
- Wide compatibility – works with both chlorine and non-chlorine chemistry
- Rapid onset of action – with correct dosing, limits algae growth within a few hours
- Universal use – suitable for outdoor and indoor pools
How to use
- Preventively: regular smaller doses (e.g., weekly)
- In case of algae occurrence: higher "shock" dose + ideally in combination with chlorine
- It is recommended to maintain the correct pH of the water (approx. 6.8–7.2) for maximum effectiveness
