Ceys chemical anchor polyester, 300 ml, 2 + 1

Polyester chemical anchor for extremely durable anchoring into hollow, fragile, or solid substrates such as brick, concrete, cement, natural stone, wood. Cures within 6 minutes without expansion, making it ideal for anchoring in situations where there is a risk of surface cracking. Does not expand. Contains no styrene or phthalates.

Properties:

• Load resistance: 900 kg (attachment M12 on concrete substrate B25 or higher. Anchoring 5.8 galvanized zinc / A4-70).
• Tensile strength: 560 kg/cm²
• Compressive strength: 1080 kg/cm²
• Yield: 49 M10 anchorings per cartridge.
• Temperature resistance 80 °C to 110 °C.
• Optimal application temperature: 20 °C.
• Drying time depending on temperature.

Application:
It is intended for fastening and anchoring screws, pins, threaded rods in braces, iron structures, etc. It can also be used to secure garden awnings, lighting, air conditioning units, radiators, tanks, railings, door hardware, TV mounts, satellite antennas, etc.

Materials:
Porous and solid or firm materials, brick, concrete, cement, natural and artificial stone, injection mortar, solid rock, masonry, galvanized steel, stainless steel, corrosion-resistant steel, wood.

Method of use:

1. Unscrew the cap and cut both bags below the ring.
2. Screw on the mixing nozzle and insert it into the applicator gun.
3. Press out the product until it is a uniform gray color. A chemical reaction occurs during the mixing of the compound, generating heat.

For HOLLOW materials:
(bricks, partitions, walls or in carpentry windows and doors)

4. Fill the sieve from the bottom
5. Insert the anchoring element

For MASSIVE OR SOLID materials:
