
Chloroprene contact adhesive for universal use. It can be used for bonding absorbent and non-absorbent materials. It achieves very strong, durable, and flexible joints. It is not suitable for bonding polystyrene, Teflon, and some soft plastics.
For materials:
Leather, wood, laminates, particle board, rubber, plastic, metal, carpet, linoleum, cardboard, ceramics, textiles, felt… with each other or with other materials. Not intended for mirrors, expanded polystyrene, and polyethylene plastics (marked with the symbol PE), polypropylene (marked with the symbol PP), or PTFE.
Recommended applications:
Bonding leather belts. Bonding soles and shoemaking. Bonding pipe sleeves.
Instructions for use:
Clean, dry, and degrease the surfaces to be bonded. Apply an even thin layer of glue to both surfaces to be bonded. Allow to air for about 10-15 minutes – depending on the type of material. If you touch the adhesive with your fingers and no threads are forming anymore, bring the bonded surfaces together and press firmly to avoid the formation of air pockets. Remove excess adhesive with acetone.
Warnings and first aid advice:
Inhalation: Immediately take the affected person to fresh air. Eyes: Rinse opened eyes for several minutes with clean running water; if irritation persists, seek medical advice. Ingestion: Rinse mouth and immediately call for medical help. Skin: Wash skin with warm water and soap. General recommendations: Ensure good ventilation. Do not eat, drink, or smoke while working. Wash hands with warm water and soap after work. Treat skin with suitable repair agents. Contains hazardous substances: organic solvents (heptane, propanone, butanone)
