Ceys Montack Glue for Everything Instant Assembly Adhesive, 450 g

The Ceys Montack assembly adhesive offers absolute adhesion for easy and highly strong fixation. Maximum versatility for ALL materials: porous and non-porous, including delicate and wet surfaces. Specifically designed for transparent materials requiring a clean finish.

Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE, fragile, crumbly, dusty or non-adhesive substrates, or damaged coatings.

It contains xTRA GRIP technology: branched polymers forming a three-dimensional network structure that ensures extreme initial adhesion, faster fixation, and maximum final durability.

Materials - bonds everything:

Wood, metals, plastics, stone, brick, concrete, plaster, cement, tiles, polyurethane (beams), foam polystyrene, marble, mirrors, etc… Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE.

Use of Ceys Montack High Tack assembly adhesive:

1. CLEAN the bonded surfaces. Surfaces must be perfectly CLEAN, free of dust or moisture.
2. CUT the end of the cartridge cap and screw on the application tip cut to the desired profile. Insert the cartridge into the gun.
3. APPLY in sufficient quantity in dots or beads on one bonding surface.
4. JOIN the surfaces with a gentle movement for even application of the glue and press HARD for at least 3 seconds.

The initial adhesion of the product depends on the temperature of application. Optimal application temperature: +23 °C.

Recommendations:

Apply with a professional gun at a temperature between +15 °C and +23 °C. Use the special wide nozzle that is included with the product. Do not wait longer than 3 minutes between applying the product and bonding. Maximum strength is achieved after 24 hours (72 hours in the case of bonding between non-porous substrates, thick layers, or in areas with poor ventilation). Do not expose the item to load before this period has elapsed.
