INDUSTROL S2075 is a universal synthetic enamel designed for top matte coatings on various substrates.

CHARACTERISTICS AND USE:

The matte enamel has universal use for top coatings of metals and wood exposed to weather conditions as well as for interior coatings. It is characterized by quick drying time and excellent flow. It has a striking matte appearance and is versatile. The product is suitable for painting doors, frames, fences, window sills, minor constructions, and industrial items, wooden furniture and paneling, garden furniture, washable and wear-resistant wall coatings. The resulting coating is velvet matte.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:

The wood must be clean, dry, well-sanded with a maximum moisture of 12%, and free of resin residues before application. The concrete or masonry substrate must be dry, cohesive, cleaned, well-cured (usually 4 – 6 weeks) and structurally insulated against ground (bottom) moisture. The metal substrate must be clean, dry, free from grease, rust, and dust, and mechanically cleaned. Absorbent substrates must be further primed with a suitable primer and possibly treated with an appropriate base material. Metal substrates must be treated with a suitable anti-corrosive primer. Previously painted surfaces must be cleaned, degreased, and stripped of old non-adhering coatings. To ensure compatibility of the new coating with the old one, it is recommended to perform a test reference coating on an area of 1 m2.

DILUTION: thinner BALTECH S6006 (brush, roller), thinner BALTECH S6001 (spraying)

Theoretical coverage: 17 m²/ l for one coat

WORK PROCEDURE:

Before use, thoroughly mix the contents and thin if necessary.
Coating of metal items
1. 1x coating with primer PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, FORMEX PRIMER FOR GALVANIZED S2003, PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERSAL S2035 or PRAGOPRIMER PROFI S2129
2. local filling with putty, e.g., BKP RAPID, sanding the filled area with sandpaper
3. 1x coating with primer PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S2000, FORMEX FOR GALVANIZED S2003, PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERSAL S2035 or PRAGOPRIMER PROFI S2129
4. sanding with sandpaper no. 280-320 wet
5. 2 to 3x coating with top enamel INDUSTROL UNIMAT S2075. The optimal thickness of one layer is 35 µm

Coating of wooden items:
1. 1x coating with glaze LAZUROL CLASSIC S1023 or fungicidal primer LAZUROL IMPREGNATING BASE S1033, drying time 24 hours
2. light sanding with sandpaper no.150 – 180
3. 1 to 2x coating with primer PRAGOPRIMER PLUS S2070 or LAZUROL OKNOBAL BASE S2060
4. sanding with sandpaper no.280 – 320
5. 2 to 3x coating with top enamel INDUSTROL UNIMAT S2075. Each coat of enamel must dry for at least 24 hours (20°C). The optimal thickness of one layer is 35 µm

You might find useful covering materials, such as paper adhesive tape or covering film. Don't forget brushes, rollers, spatulas, and scrapers.
