Natura Želatina čirá je sypká směs pro přípravu čirého želé na ovocné moučníky, dorty, poháry. Jedlá Želatina (bílkovina živočišného původu). Čirá kuchyňská Želatina v prášku. Připravíme z ní zeleninové a masové aspiky, huspeniny a tlačenky. Natura to je chuť, kterou máte rádi, jedná se o ČESKÝ VÝROBEK.
The method of preparation is very simple
150 ml of Water is brought to a boil and set aside. The contents of the bag are poured into the hot Water, stirring constantly. After the Gelatine has dissolved, 500 ml of cold Water is added to bring the Gelatine solution to the optimum temperature for further use (boiling damages the jelly!).
Gelatin dish
Season the still lukewarm and liquid Gelatin solution and mix it with the desired ingredients according to the nature of the finished dish.
Prepare vegetable and meat aspics, foie gras, pressed meat and other cold dishes in this way.
You can also pour the cold solution over a fruit cake or a cup. Let the dish cool for 1 - 2 hours in the refrigerator. If you require a firmer gel, then add a smaller amount of Water.
Storage
keep cool and dry, protect from direct sunlight.
