Gelatin is intended for the preparation of egg pudding, vegetable and meat aspics, and others.
Egg Pudding:
Mix the lukewarm liquid gelatin solution with 100 g of soft sausage, 4 - 5 hard-boiled and chopped eggs, 250 g of drained canned vegetables, optionally add hard cheese and onion diced. You can add 150 g of mayonnaise seasoned to your liking (salt, spices, vinegar). Mix the mixture and pour it into a mold. Let it cool in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours.
Storage:
Store in a dry place, protect from direct sunlight.
Ingredients (in dry state):
Edible gelatin (animal protein).
