DI NOVA, seasoning preparation
Composition: table salt (83.9%), ground mustard seed, dried dill, coriander, black pepper
thyme, sweetener saccharin, bay leaf, allspice, clove.
Instructions for use: add the contents of the packet to 3 liters of water and boil for about 15-20 minutes.
At the end of boiling, add 1 liter of 8% vinegar and strain the brine if necessary. By leaving
the spices in the brine, the product will become spicier. Washed cucumbers or other vegetables
are arranged in jars (canning jars) and covered with the prepared hot brine so that
all the fruits are submerged. The jars are sealed well and sterilized according to
the size of the jar for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 85-90 °C. After the sterilization
time has elapsed, let the product cool down. The finished product is suitable for
consumption after 2 to 3 weeks. The contents of the packet are enough to prepare a sweet-sour
spicy brine for 10 canning jars of 1 liter or 2 jars with a capacity of 5 liters.
Moisture or hardening of the contents of the packet does not affect the quality of the brine
and the minimum shelf life of the product. No chemical preservatives.
Suitable for diabetics as part of a diet prescribed by a doctor.

total fat 2.9 g, of which saturated fatty acids 0.21 g, total carbohydrates 7.2 g, of which
sugars 0.43 g, proteins 3.0 g, salt 82.4 g.

Store in a dry place.
