With the help of this preparation, we prepare a Znojmo-style brine for pickling cucumbers, vegetables, and mushrooms. It contains no preservatives, therefore, it is necessary to sterilize the sealed bottles. Instructions are on each package.
Benkor Nova Ingredients:
