Perfect visual effects can be achieved both under artificial light and natural light. Silver Sand Primacol Decorative contains special structural additives that create a pattern resembling sand blown by the wind during application. The product is intended for painting walls and ceilings indoors. It is ideally suited for living rooms and children's rooms, hallways, as well as conference rooms, restaurants, and hotels. The paint is available in seven ready-made color versions and in a silver base, which can also be tinted with any Primacol decorative colorants.

Effect execution:

Before starting work, cover unpainted surfaces and properly prepare the substrate. The substrate must be: solid, dry, smooth, dust-free, and free from paints and adhesives. Remove all non-adhering parts and repair any defects.

Next, treat the entire area with a coat of Primacol Decorative Primer using a paint roller. This is an emulsion ready for immediate use, recommended to strengthen the substrate, reduce its absorbency, and optimize its adhesiveness. A wall treated with the primer will be elastic, scratch-resistant, and have stable absorbency. Allow the prepared surface to dry for 12 hours, and then to unify the base color, paint it white.

Apply two coats of Decobase Primacol Decorative paint to the dry surface using a paint roller. This is a water-dilutable paint used as a base for creating decorative effects. It is characterized by very good covering properties, and after drying, it forms a coating that is wear-resistant. Start applying the second coat of paint after the first coat has dried, i.e., after about 3-6 hours. Check the dryness state by touch. Allow the prepared wall to dry for 12 hours.

Perform painting tasks at temperatures >5 °C, avoiding direct sunlight on the painted surface. Thoroughly mix Silver Sand paint before use. Repeat this action during work. Apply the product using a flat brush. Depending on the desired effect, you can paint vertically, horizontally, diagonally, in a ‘tree’ pattern, or unevenly. The method of painting affects the achieved decorative effect. Paint in stages, covering smaller areas of the surface at once (approximately 1 m²). Ensure that you apply the paint in such a way that both smaller and larger clusters of granules are created, along with smooth and open spots. Note! Carefully plan the creation of the correct pattern in advance. The finished effect will be achieved after 24 hours.

Note! Before starting the actual painting, it is recommended to first conduct a test on a small test area to familiarize yourself with the painting technique and ensure how the final visual effect will look. After completing the work, ventilate the room until the smell dissipates.

For painting the entire area, it is recommended to use products from the same production batch. Otherwise, it is necessary to mix the contents of all containers in one vessel. The color displayed on the packaging may differ from the actual color due to printing possibilities and cannot be a reason for a complaint. To accurately determine the color, ask the seller for a sample with actual coatings.

Silver Sand Primacol Decorative paints provide the possibility of realizing various color executions. To achieve interesting decorative effects, the product can be tinted by adding a chosen Primacol Decorative colorant to the paint.
